How to find our rental villa in Tuscany – your perfect base to explore Tuscany

Deep in the Tuscan hills, Patrignone is a rental villa in Tuscany, far away from any noise or light pollution. But despite its peaceful setting, this rental villa is right in the middle of Chianti, at the epicentre of Tuscany’s cultural treasures, just 10 minutes from the beautiful hill-top town of Castellina in Chianti, with its restaurants, cafés and shops (and a good supermarket). Siena is just 35 minutes away, and Florence 40 minutes in the other direction, San Gimignano is 30 mins away, with Volterra the next town along. You really couldn’t pick a more central location for a rental villa in tuscany.

There’s no doubt that you’ll need a car while you’re staying with us, both to get here in the first place, and to get the most of Chianti’s tiny but beautiful hill-top towns. And if you feel like venturing further afield, within a 1.5-hour drive you’ll find white sandy beaches, typically beautiful Italian seaside resorts, dozens of hot springs, and the majesty of the snow-covered Apennines clearly visible from Patrignone’s Terracotta Terrace. If you’re into cycling, walking, nature-watching, or ballooning, these activities and more can be easily organised. Just let us know what your interests are, and we’ll give you some options.
